Mr C.L.Ostwal is founding partner of the CL Ostwal & Co. , Chartered Accountants. He is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (I.C.A.I.). He did his graduation from Mohan Lal Sukhadiaya University Udaipur, in the year 1980.
Mr. CL Ostwal has 34 years of experience in the Chartered Accountancy profession. He has rich experience in the field of Audit, Taxation, Accounting, Company Law Matters & Financial Services and Advisory.

Mr. Ashish Ostwal is the third partner of CL Ostwal & Co. He is afellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a person with panache for service tax and internal audit. Mr. Ashish Ostwal having 11 years of vast experience in industry and had worked with MNCs like PWC, Grant Thornton LLP, NM Raiji & Co. and many top corporate giants. Thus he is very well versed with all major accounting and tax software prevalent in industry. He is handling Service tax accounting and is well versed with VAT, Sales tax returns etc.

Ms. Ankita Ostwal is fourth Partner of CL Ostwal & Co. She is also Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India as well as Qualified Company Secretary. She is having Expertise in the core areas of Assurance and Internal Control. She looks after statutory audit and consultancy works for corporate clients and also assists in the Internal Audits. She is well experienced with concurrent audits of banks and holds certification in concurrent Audit Course as issued by ICAI.
